My approach to therapy is rooted in an eclectic, values-based, and trauma informed perspective. I utilize EMDR, Brainspotting, DBT, ACT, parts-work, and strengths-based approaches. During our time together, we’ll focus on utilizing your own experiences to inform therapeutic goals and discover your inner strengths!
