I am passionate about providing therapeutic support for individuals and couples who might be feeling alone or who do not have an outlet for their innermost thoughts and struggles. I also incorporate humor and light-heartedness into my work with my clients, and as a dog mom myself, I love to hear about your furry friends! While I am a person-centered therapist who hopes to empower my clients to take the lead in their own journey, I cater my approaches specifically to the individual and their goals. I have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William James College and I am working toward my LMHC in MA. I have worked in a variety of settings and have experience working with victims of domestic violence, those with eating disorders (ages 10 and above), children within a school setting, and adults in community mental health.
