I specialize in helping clients who struggle with OCD, perfectionism, codependency, anxiety, bipolar disorder and addiction concerns. I have completed Brainspotting Phase 1, 2, 3, 4 and Addiction & and Generational BSP and am BSP Certified.
In addition, I now offer the Safe and Sound protocol. This is derived from Stephen Porges's Polyvagal Theory. I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment. I look forward to having an opportunity to work with you.
