Life isn’t always easy, and most of us don’t seek counseling when everything feels perfect. Sometimes we simply need someone to walk with us through the hard places with someone to help carry the weight, and remind us that we’re not alone (Galatians 6:2). As a Christian counselor, I believe that lasting healing comes when we invite the Lord into our struggles. Drawing from a Christian and biblical worldview and using proven methods such as EMDR, I will come alongside you to help you process pain, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with renewed purpose.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps the brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer feel overwhelming or prevent us from moving forward. As we work through past wounds, we invite God’s healing presence, allowing His truth and grace to restore our hearts and bring freedom in Christ.
