People do not seek counseling because everything in their life is going well. Sometimes we just need someone to come along side and help us "do" life. Sometimes we just need someone to help ease the pain. I approach counseling from a Christian Worldview believing that deep down people want to be seen, understood, and accepted for who they are. I use a variety of evidence based practices such as EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you on your journey.
Using EMDR or EFT we’ll investigate your attachment style to shed light on how you relate to others in your life as well as targeting and processing your troubling experiences that may be holding you back from the life you want.
I have a desire to help people who are experiencing a spiritual crisis, trauma, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal difficulties.
