Therapy can be challenging and vulnerable and rewarding, and I would be honored to be invited into your process.
My approach is relational, client-based, and emotion-focused which means I work collaboratively with you to meet your unique needs in the therapeutic process, as they are inevitably different than others. We'll explore the connection of emotions to body, environment to self, and behaviors as responses to these.
