As a counselor, my aim is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can explore life’s challenges with compassion and presence. Therapy offers the opportunity to deepen self-awareness and, through that insight, connect with your innate resilience—empowering you to face difficulties with greater clarity, strength, and purpose. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens through genuine connection and understanding.
