I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals navigating trauma, substance use, and the messy, complicated parts of being human. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, overwhelmed by emotions that feel bigger than they understand, or frustrated because previous therapy never quite got to the root of things. You may be functioning well on the outside while privately feeling disconnected, reactive, numb, or unsure why the same struggles keep showing up. I'm warm, but also direct. Therapy with me is a space where you can be fully yourself (no masking required).
Our first session is a mix of getting to know you and helping you feel a little more grounded walking out than when you came in. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what's been feeling hard, and what you're hoping will change-no pressure to have it all figured out.
