I work with adults (18+) navigating issues around anxiety, self-esteem, depression, identity, and trauma. I will help you explore patterns of being and relating to the world, find ways to regulate your mind and body, and increase intentionality and flexibility in how you respond to the world and in how you work towards your goals.
My therapy practice is relational and integrative, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Existential Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and mindfulness practices.
