I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the Lead Clinician at Heartwood Marriage & Family Wellness. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen their emotional connections, navigate life transitions, and heal from relationship challenges. My approach to therapy is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, with an emphasis on attachment, emotional insight, and practical tools for lasting change.
