I am privileged to work with individuals from many walks of life.
My clinical experience counseling college students and young adults, working in hospice and home based care on issues related to aging, shapes my gentle and insightful approach. Clients describe me as warm and empathetic. I employ a trauma informed perspective and strive to create a safe, supportive, and mutually respectful environment.
Daily I get to see the beauty and strength of the human spirit. I am touched and humbled by my interactions with clients engaged in the brave work of honest growth and change. My practice is built on the foundation that we possess within many values, abilities, skills and commitments that can assist us in reducing the influence of problems in our lives.
