My therapy style is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I primarily use EMDR, IFS, and CBT to help clients process difficult experiences, understand patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping. I also integrate techniques from other evidence-based approaches when helpful, creating personalized care.
I love working with clients 18 and older who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties of all kinds (family, romantic, platonic), attachment, complex trauma, and life transitions. I am passionate about helping my clients uncover their strengths and building on them in order to create change and heal.
