About
*11/25/21 WILL BE ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS IN JAN '22 TELEHEALTH ONLY Please go to my website www.sadhanacounseling.com to learn more about me, my practice and approach, which draws from the wisdom of Eastern mindfulness philosophies and practices and their intersection with the latest evidence-based treatments. I meet with clients in a stance of radical acceptance and non-judgment. The focus is on YOU, the client, your story and your goals. Areas in which I have found I am especially effective in is providing support and guidance to individuals struggling with perfectionism, and to the Highly Sensitive Person-HSP. ***See link below.
In addition to my credentials as a therapist, I have 15 years of training and experience in yoga and meditation practices. I can competently guide you in the evidence-based mindfulness techniques that can provide a key to setting one free from emotional turmoil and mental roadblocks.
I see individual adult clients (18 and up) with issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, childhood trauma and abuse, grief and loss, co-dependency, divorce, or adjusting to life events and change. ***Are you highly sensitive? Take the test! http://hsperson.com/test/highly-sensitive-test/
