In my practice I help clients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma and PTSD. I also work with individuals around intimacy, identity and sexuality concerns, as well as self-confidence and personal growth.
My approach to therapy is client-centered while drawing from CBT, attachment theory, solution focused therapy, mindfulness based practices, neuroscience and my training in EMDR. With these tools my mission is to help my clients reduce negative symptoms while developing self-compassion and a stronger sense of empowerment.
