Hi, I'm Niki! My pronouns are she/her or they/them. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ issues, and interpersonal/relational trauma recovery. If you find yourself struggling with patterns of people-pleasing, not feeling satisfied with life, difficulty in relationships, or never feeling good enough, I'm here to help!
My approach is integrative and informed by Schema Therapy (ST), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Working with both the past and the present, I can help empower you to overcome challenges and reach your full potential.
