I'm a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor (LCSW-S). I specialize in eating disorders and co-occurring substance use. I help people build healthier relationships with food, their bodies, and their emotions. My practice is Health at Every Size aligned. Our work together will focus on: tolerating uncomfortable emotions, reducing ineffective behaviors, dismantling false beliefs about food and bodies, practicing therapeutic skills to help navigate life, and pausing … recovery is in the pause.

Having experienced both an eating disorder and substance use from adolescence into adulthood, I understand firsthand how challenging and how possible the path to recovery can be. Sunday Teen Skills Group for Eating Disorders

Umbrella Psychotherapy offers an in-person therapy group for teens to help build connections and community while strengthening therapeutic skills. This support group is for teens in high school ages 14-18. The groups are facilitated by Niki DuBois, LCSW-S, CEDS. Group sessions cover therapeutic skills from DBT, RO-DBT, ACT, and experiential. The group costs $60 per session, which includes group materials.
