My goal is to help you find balance, uncover strengths, heal old wounds, and move toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.
I take a sensitive, individualized approach, drawing from EMDR (certified), Brainspotting (certified), CBT, IFS, Anchored Relational Model, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (certified), transpersonal hypnosis (certified), and energy psychology, while integrating holistic modalities to support you as appropriate.
You don’t have to face your struggles alone. I’ve worked with complex trauma, addiction, LGBTQIA+, Two Spirit clients, immigrants, and refugees. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu, I connect across cultures while honoring each person’s story.
