Difficulty making decisions? Trouble sleeping yet struggling to get out of bed? Overthinking the future but also worried about the past? Reliving traumatic experiences or flashbacks? Seeking a therapist who understands your daily struggles? I enjoy working with people who are ready for healing - who commit to the process of helping themselves. I understand the stressors that you deal with because I have managed some of those same stressors myself, which along with my training make me qualified to assist you on your journey to a healthier you. I offer creative interventions and support based on your specific circumstances and needs.
While focusing on self-care and accountability in a safe space, you are free to be you - free of judgment and coercion that people sometimes feel when speaking to others, be heard, and work towards a happier, healthier life. You decide on the goals, the focus. Then, together we decide on creative and realistic ways to improve your situation.
The goal is to help you make "kinections" leading to better understanding of yourself and how you experience your own thoughts and feelings within your body. Then, we use that insight to help identify ways to make changes in your life impacting healing. I believe in you and your ability to improve your life. Are you ready to work for your healing?
