Hello everyone! My name is Neha Mahboob, MACMHC, LPCC. I am a clinician working in the beautiful state Kentucky. I have been working as a clinician for 5 years and very happy with the career I have chosen as it gives me the opportunity to help those who need it. I am a firm believer in having a healthy mental/emotional mindset as it sets the stage for a healthy physical state. I help individuals find their inner-peace by giving them tools/techniques to utilize.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions. This will be the start of getting to know one another. While I will be asking questions to help tailor a good treatment plan for you, I am open to be questioned too as we will be spending time together. Don't be afraid to speak up :)
I have a passion for working with children, teens, and adults because I see each age as having something to give and learn from. I understand that therapy can be scary or confusing; I assure you that, while it takes time to explore and moments of frustrations, it is rewarding in improving who you are, what you want for yourself, healing from the past.
