Do you ever feel like you need to go to therapy because of situations outside of your control? If so, you're not alone. My practice specializes in helping people explore the impact their environment has on their mental health, whether that's the messaging they received as a child, current political stressors, or other systemic issues affecting their life. Trained as a trauma-focused sex therapist, I primarily help people discover and reclaim what sexuality means for them but I enjoy supporting clients navigate other mental health issues as well.
I work best with clients who identify as LGBTQ+ or exist along the queer spectrum! I believe taking an integrative approach to care and working collaboratively with clients makes for the most enriching therapy experiences.
