Finding My Voice: Post-Traumatic Growth Group

This group is for women who may be further along in their healing journey, who have implemented affect regulation skills, and who feel comfortable exploring creative expression. With an emphasis on post-traumatic growth, participants will be able to explore music, movement, and improvisation as part of finding one's voice. Both therapist are EMDR trained with years of experience in using EMDR to treat trauma, and this group will include elements of EMDR interventions.
