Originally from Chile, I am a bilingual culturally-conscious and trauma-informed therapist helping individuals heal from intergenerational trauma, migratory and cultural issues, family dysfunction, attachment issues, and mood disorders. My therapeutic approach is eclectic. I integrate cultural-relational therapy, structural family therapy, attachment therapy, and trauma sensitive therapy (among others) to creatively interrupt the cycles of suffering and misattunement and cultivate self-compassion, inner-strength and consciousness.
