My clinical practice focuses at this time on women exclusively. I am passionate about increasing confidence, strengths, successful relationships, and resolution of traumatic memories and distress. We develop coping strategies, profound change and well-being. Clients realize solutions never thought possible. My approach is eclectic, blending EMDR, solution focused, psychodynamic, relational therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, and family systems therapy, including parenting techniques.
My extensive experience includes adults, families, and children. My Post Master's education/training emphasis is in abuse/trauma, relationships, family systems, co-dependency, and anxieties. I am certified in EMDR (advanced continuous training), a nationally board certified counselor, & licensed as a professional clinical counselor in Arizona and Montana.
I provide a supportive, safe, and accepting environment, in which clients feel understood, and where healing and resiliency are found. We will increase your self-esteem, clarity, and inner peace, enabling you to utilize them on your journey successfully, with ability to master difficult situations.
