Codependency Support
Codependency is not a clinical diagnosis or formally categorized personality disorder on its own. Generally speaking, it incorporates aspects of attachment style patterns developed in early childhood. Codependency can also overlap with other personality disorders, including dependent personality disorder. Groups will explore together what it looks like to heal from these issues & thrive. Groups run for 8 weeks and include 1 individual session at the onset.
