My approach to therapy is informed by the idea that people may have become disconnected from their true selves due to their lived experiences and traumas. I am passionate about helping people explore how these distortions have occurred, and reconnect with their inner wisdom or true self. The work I do allows individuals to help clear these harmful beliefs and supports a return to a fulfilling, kind, and gentler life. I am trained in both EMDR and DBT therapies. I specialize in supporting individuals through trauma, crisis, queer/gender/sexuality challenges, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

I understand that personal growth is extremely challenging at times and I applaud you for taking this step to find the right therapist for you. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations to explore some brief details of your situation and hold space for you to ask me any questions you may have.
