Have you come to a place in your life where things have become unmanageable or things just aren't working out? I also support people who are having both moderate and more complex mental health challenges. I also provide case management for folks having difficulty managing their day to day lives, including those with disabilities and older adults.
I am trained in DBT, CBT, ERP, EMDR and TEAM-CBT. am currently training in EMDR. My goal is to help people better understand their challenges and to make fundamental changes in their lives. I am also here to listen and support you with processing what you are/have been going through.
