This group is for mild-moderate TBI survivors who experience: Daytime exhaustion, excessive napping; Worrying about next day tiredness; Difficulty falling or staying asleep; Watching the clock and counting hours of sleep. Group will cover specific information on how TBI's impact sleep. Group goals: Increase healthy sleep behaviors and understanding on the connection between sleep, stress, injury, and aging. Decrease unhelpful behaviors and thoughts contributing to lack of restful sleep and excessive napping/sleeping. This online group will meet every Thursday from 12-1P.M. Feb 6 - April 10. Improve Sleep Quality Group for Parents (Jan 2025)

This group is for caregivers who experience: Daytime exhaustion, excessive napping; Worrying about next day tiredness; Difficulty falling or staying asleep; Watching the clock and counting hours of sleep.
