I am a licensed psychologist in Florida, and I am PysPact credentialed to provide telehealth services in other states. I have extensive experience working with clients struggling with everyday stressors, anxiety, trauma, depression, personality disorders, and Bipolar Disorders. I have worked in various settings, including community mental health settings, residential treatment, and private practice. I offer empathetic and compassionate therapy, dedicated to personal growth and emotional well-being.
Our first session will look a little different than all of the rest of our sessions. In the first session, I'll ask you a lot of questions, get to know you, and establish rapport. This allows me to provide a personalized approach tailored to each client’s unique needs.
