I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to meet the individual needs of all of my clients including therapies such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
