As a first-generation college graduate and founder of Serenity Wellness Centre, I created this space in memory of my mother to transform personal grief into global healing. What began as a tribute became a movement—offering education, empowerment, and personalized care to those seeking deeper connection, balance, and wholeness.
DBT is a supportive, non-judgmental therapy that assists in breaking down and reevaluating unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and behavior patterns.
