I specialize in self-esteem, ADHD, Autism, anxiety, relationships, and shadow work, and I also work with burnout, complex trauma, codependency, parenting/co-parenting challenges, multicultural issues, and substance use recovery. These challenges often intersect and influence one another. Life can be complicated, and so are the challenges we face- but we’ll approach them together, simplify where we can, and focus on helping you feel better about yourself and your life. Therapy and healing don’t have to feel heavy all the time; we’ll also integrate moments of joy and lightness along the way.

I offer a calm, direct, and kind approach: we explore what’s working, what isn’t, and take practical steps to improve your life, while also processing past and present experiences that may be holding you back.
