I am a dedicated counselor that offers guidance to individuals and groups (couples, families, etc..) to deal with a variety of emotional and life challenges with a goal of enhancing subjective well-being. I use wellness models to highlight a person's strengths while helping them to be more confident to cope in their everyday lives. I have experience in treating various issues such as anger management, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and substance abuse. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters degree in Counseling from Oakland University and a Post Graduate Certification in Addiction from Western Michigan University. I am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor. I am also a LLPC (Counseling) Supervisor.
