I strive to provide a warm and empathetic environment and meet clients where they are at, and I provide clients with help and support that they need. My specialties are helping individuals navigate through anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotion regulation, and substance use.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, elements of Play Therapy and Art Therapy, and many more therapeutic approaches in my practice. I cater my therapeutic approach to clients’ individual needs, and there is never a one-size fits all approach.
