Nicole Wallace
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, MEd, LCMHC
She/Her/Hers
Are you struggling with stress and anxiety? I provide caring, non-judgmental mental health services. I wish to help you grow to learn more about yourself and your journey. I draw techniques from a variety of therapy models depending on the client's needs. I have experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, adults, and families. My areas of treatment include working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, domestic violence, grief and loss, managing stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and developing effective parenting skills.
Each of us faces up and downs in life. Often, transitions are more difficult than others. I believe that people are often searching for a purpose in life and guidance from in the environment in which they live. I can assist in providing a safe place to discuss your concerns and providing guidance and tools as you work through these concerns.
You do not have to face the difficulties of life alone. Anxiety and depression can be managed and sometimes eliminated. Please call for a consultation or come in and visit to learn more about what is available to you and your family.
