I’m nationally certified and utilize person-centered therapy with an integrated approach that includes, but is not limited to CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I’m a certified trauma specialist and am trained in EMDR therapy. I received my Master's degree from South Dakota State University in Counseling and Human Resource Development with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I have worked with individuals with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse disorders, chronic health issues, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship problems. I will help you develop the tools that you need to more successfully navigate your life.
