My practice is designed to help children, adolescents, and adults with healthy development, personal confidence, and more satisfying relationships. I offer individual and group therapy to help kids with labeling and identifying feelings, developing and maintaining friendships, reading social cues, and increasing self-esteem. In working with adults, I create a supportive environment to explore a better life balance, manage stress, and improve close relationships. I value comprehensive treatment, and work with schools and other professionals to assure positive treatment outcomes.

My practice utilizes a variety of treatment approaches to help clients reach their goals, including psychodynamic, mind/body integration, and play, art, and expressive therapies. Specialties include early childhood development, attachment issues and adoption, adolescent development, behavioral challenges, mind/body integration work, women's issues, and trauma treatment.

Please call or email if I can be of assistance to you or your family. I look forward to partnering with you to create better relationships and enjoyment in your life.
