Welcome. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, or grief (including the pain of pet loss), you don’t have to face it alone. I offer in-person and virtual sessions for adults across Texas. Many of my clients are Highly Sensitive or neurodivergent individuals seeking a deeper, more intuitive approach to healing. With over 15 years of experience as a psychotherapist, plus training as a yoga teacher and Brainspotting practitioner, I provide a relational, holistic space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered.
In addition to talk therapy, I offer Brainspotting, a gentle body-based approach for healing stuck trauma. This includes grief after the loss of a loved one or companion animal, painful or abusive relationships, childhood wounds, medical trauma, and the weight of anxiety for HSPs. When helpful, I draw from mindfulness, nature, and Buddhist philosophy.

Texas Pet Loss & Grief Support Group (Virtual)
I offer a 1 hour, monthly virtual pet loss support group for adults who are located in Texas. My goal is for you to leave group feeling less alone and more supported in your grieving process. Group participants often report this group helps them honor their love for their companion animal. Pre-registration on my secure client portal is required before attending the group. Electric Meditation
This is a monthly 45 min guided meditation that I offer at an Austin, TX facility that pairs very gentle electrical stimulation (on the bottom of your feet and the back of your neck) while I talk you through a guided mediation. This is not a therapy group, but a chance to engage in a meditation practice that resets your nervous system and can help you build stress tolerance. Held the 3rd or 4th Saturday of the month.
