About
Creating a space and an environment where you as the client feel welcomed, safe, heard, and understood is my goal. Whether you are a couple struggling through a difficult time or overcoming an affair, or an individual suffering from anxiety or depression, I aim to help you grow, develop coping skills, and find a healthy balance in your life. Using a variety of approaches from Cognitive-Based Therapy, to Gottman couples therapy, to Emotion-Focused Therapy and Strength-Based Therapy approaches, I work with you to find the right method and technique to help you improve your life and your relationships.
If you are struggling with relationship difficulties, communciation, conflict management or just want to strengthen the relationship you have, I can provide the safe, supportive environment you need for change. I use methods including EMDR, ART, EFT, and CBT to help both my couples and individual clients work through the difficulties they are facing.
I know therapy can be hard and making that first call can be scary but I aim to provide a safe, encouraging, and nonjudgemental environment for all my clients to feel supported and heard. Therapy can be hard work but the outcome can be life-changing for individuals and couples. Please reach out for the help you need.
