Lost in your relationships? Breaking free from people-pleasing? My goal is to help you as you navigate life and sort through the muck together. We can stop the endless spin. Sometimes we can even find some humor in it all. I strive to find creative ways to approach our work together. I specialize in working with clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, complex trauma, and families of addiction. I utilize modalities of client-centered, family systems, trauma-informed, solution-focused, attachment theory, strengths-based, multicultural perspectives, and existential and spiritual approaches to form a holistic approach.
Compassion and empathy form the foundation of my practice. My hope is to empower you to live congruent with your values. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Music Theatre and my Master's degree in Counseling and have spent approximately 20 years in the mental health field working in behavioral health homes/hospitals, psychiatric clinics, and outpatient therapy.
I feel grateful to intertwine my background into a fulfilling career that often does not even seem like work. My passion is to walk alongside clients in the healing process and recognize growth. I view all people as possessing inherent worth and value and strive to treat the whole person emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, and relationally.
