It is my purpose to walk with you in your most challenging times to help you heal and grow. There is no one size fits all when it comes to therapy and the foundation of true recovery begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. I am here to help, and not to judge and I will tailor an individualized plan just for you.

I have many years of experience as a clinician, working in mental health, where I have been part of multidisciplinary teams working with a variety of patients. It is this experience that has led me to believe in treating the whole person, not just a symptom.

I am a fully licensed therapist and certified health coach. My work is founded on the principle that individuals are the experts of their own lives, and therefore their own best healers. I am here to be your guide and support on this journey to better mental and physical health.
