Through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and Person-Centered Therapy, I help clients build insight, process trauma, manage emotions, and clarify values. Together, we create a safe space to build resilience and take steps toward a more authentic, connected, and meaningful path.
