Whether it's the past, you're grieving a loss, or your thoughts are keeping you up at night, I'm here to walk through it with you toward healing. Your goals might be to work on staying healthy amidst challenging relationships. Some people come to see me to work through loneliness in their relationships and to figure out how to get back to feeling peaceful or fulfilled. I work with married couples who experience infidelity, disconnection, or who have a hard time communicating with one another. I believe healing is not only clinical but also spiritual, and I'm honored to support clients who want to bring their faith into the process.
I tend to focus on grief, trauma, young adults, teens, moms and couples. I also work with first responders and veterans. I'm trauma-informed and trained in EMDR and Brainspotting to process trauma that's stuck in the body. For couples, I tend to work from a Gottman-based or Emotionally Focused Therapy perspective.
I'm a wife and mom of three, so I understand firsthand the beauty and the challenges that come with parenting & family life and trying to juggle it all. I'm passionate about coming alongside women, parents, and leaders in the church who are carrying more than they let on, offering a safe, grace-filled space to process, heal and grow.
