I focus on working with individuals who are either feeling challenged on what direction they should move towards in their life's journey, struggling with anxiety or depression or perhaps are at a place in life in which they feel ready to begin to heal and process past trauma.
The clients I work with will always encounter a supportive and validating environment and be met with openness and honesty.
I also offer clinical supervision for those who are pre-licensed. This would be individual and the potential for group as well.

I have many years of experience working with people of diverse backgrounds and age groups. I have a trauma-informed, person-centered and strengths-based approach that incorporates mind and body. Specific specialties include cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based approaches, psychodynamic and somatic experiencing modalities.
