My therapist mantras are “baby steps” and “f&$k ‘em!” — my favorite question to ask is, “how are you contributing to your own suffering?” — I steady myself in the truths that your story, voice, and wisdom matter. What never gets old for me is exploring what healing looks like on your terms, and seeing what happens when you reconnect with + embody your most-deserved self. My work is rooted in mindfulness, intention, and co-creating a space that feels settled, yet expansive; a space that you can safely challenge old patterns, live within your values, and care for the version of yourself that no longer has to solely survive.
I show up to this work with respect for your lived experience, while gently naming the systemic + cultural forces that shape our lives. My approach is decolonial + neuro-affirming; in a shared space that holds all of who you are, I offer support to exercise radical acceptance, embodiment, and sustainability.
As a 1.5-generation, neuroqueer, Afro-Latina AuDHDer, I understand how it is navigating a world not built with you in mind; I am grateful to work with Black, Brown, Indigenous, and Asian (BBIA), immigrant, 2S/LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, OCD, CPTSD, etc.) adults. If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out + connect.

I accept FSA/HSA cards, and Loveland/NQTTCN therapy vouchers; I also provide superbills. My fee is based on an anti-oppressive rate structure—everyone deserves care while surviving under the stress of capitalism (and other -isms)—even if just for 50 minutes. The full cost rate is $150.

I support folks with marginalized identities through executive functioning challenges, burnout, trauma, grief, and life stressors. My work centers BBIA / PoGM, immigrant, 2SLGBT/GEQIAP, and neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, OCD, CPTSD, etc.) adults. Together, we may explore themes such as masking, shame, boundaries, and working with your brain instead of against it. Special interests are celebrated!
