I currently have online individual sessions and some limited in person sessions available. Openings range between 9am and 6:30pm. I work collaboratively with clients to process where they are in life, evaluate what their current needs are, and identify what in their past and present could be addressed to make changes towards identified goals. I believe the therapeutic process can only work with dedication and the willingness to allow change. I work with my clients to identify ways that they can bring what we process in session into their everyday life so they have something to work on in between session.
I have been working in the field since 2008 and been in private practice since 2013. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, communication disorders, adjustment disorders, ADD (both hyperactive and inattentive types), OCD, and ASD in ages 4 years old and up.
