Thank you for considering me to be a part of your life journey! While currently at a private practice, I have previously worked at a community mental health center, jail/prison, and a university. I provide therapy services to adolescents and adults. My style involves creating a collaborative and supportive environment as you navigate your life stressors, some of which may include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, anger management, court involvement, or maladaptive sexual behaviors. I provide as much or little structure as you want and pull from a range of treatment modalities to find what feels authentic to you.
Some of my favorite moments in therapy is when we review how far you have come since your initial appointment. As corny as the saying is, treatment is a marathon, not a sprint. I am proud of you for already taking this step of finding a provider and would love to connect to see if we are a good fit!
Additionally, I conduct Psychological Evaluations, including ADHD and ASD testing, as well as Psychosexual Risk Evaluations. You do not need to be referred by a doctor or the court system to receive testing. I also work with self-referred clients!
