I grew up in Lake Tahoe, California, where the beauty of nature instilled in me a deep love for the outdoors and a holistic view of health. My therapeutic approach is holistic and client-centered, blending psychodynamic exploration with mindfulness to understand how past experiences shape present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Drawing from my background in Nutrition and CBT, I help clients explore the mind-body connection, build resilience, and create lasting change in their lives.
