I work with courageous couples, families, and individuals who are interested in exploring ways of healing from and growing through difficult life experiences. My two specialties are relational repair work (with couples and with adult children and their parents) and traumatic loss. Whether you are searching for a clearer sense of your own identity, processing a loss, or trying to make your relationship work, my approach is to walk alongside you as you find your way towards self- and other-compassion.
I see couples and individuals navigating relational stabilization and growth, health-related loss, and identity development. My tools and training include Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, Gottman Method, the Developmental Model from the Couple’s Institute, DBT, CAMS-Care Suicide Prevention, and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions.
No matter what you've been through, you deserve a strong, positive identity. You deserve to be seen for your strengths and for your humanity. You get to have support for exploring diagnoses, coping strategies, relational patterns, trauma, loss. I'm here to listen and to give you the space to grow.

I work with couples, individuals, and families. I especially love working with couples and with adult children and their parents because sometimes the family members who are causing us the most pain have the most potential to support us. Whether you see me for individual or relational therapy, I will help you explore and embrace the parts of yourself that need care and compassion.

I tend to use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy as my base, and then integrate other therapies such as EMDR and the Gottman Method. In your first sessions, I may assess you and provide a diagnosis, but I will definitely begin to know you as a human. If you are seeing me as a couple or family, we will begin to explore your relational dynamics. Treatment is for you: your goals, your therapy.
