I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I strive to provide a safe and collaborative environment for all my clients to guide them towards their goals. I view challenges in families and couples through an attachment based and systemic lens. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe and have seen the power of change inside the therapy room as new emotion and vulnerabilities are shared, and connections are made. I also utilize The Gottman Method to provide tangible application for couples.
I love working with children and adolescents. I believe in helping children alongside their parents and caregivers to provide a wholistic approach to strengthen relationships, ease anxieties and fears, and implement new skills. I use evidence-based practices with age appropriate techniques to help engage children and teens.
I have received my Master’s of Advanced Study in Marriage and Family Therapy at Arizona State University with distinction. I am currently under supervision, working towards my independent licensure. I look forward to working toward to help you achieve your goals.
