These scenarios can be isolating and scary; I strive to empower clients by reminding them who they are. I’m Nicole, Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I enjoy working with clients to build a support system, increase self-worth, and confidence. Together, we'll create coping skills for challenging times so you can be your authentic self.
I work from a variety of therapeutic models including: Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, Attachment theory, and a strengths-based approach. My goal is to create a safe environment where you learn to increase self-awareness with compassion for your most challenging feelings and utilize your strengths and resources in healthier ways.
As an international adoptee who grew up in an interracial family, I have a passion to help others discover their true selves and live a more fulfilling life.
