As a therapist, I help my clients focus on holistic healing. My goal is to empower you to be healthy in every aspect of your life, and together, we emphasize areas such as relationships and communication, self-esteem, self-discovery, boundary-setting and people pleasing, goal-setting, and overall health. When you work with me, you can expect a high level of compassionate care and collaboration. I challenge clients to think about life differently, while also encouraging you to implement strategies we discuss to enact powerful and lasting change. Together, we acknowledge room for growth, while also intentionally celebrating progress.
I incorporate tools like EFT, breath and meditation into my work to form a whole person approach, aiming to empower clients to take charge of their own thoughts and emotions. I believe that therapeutic collaboration is essential, and work with my clients to help them cultivate self-compassion, understanding, and new ways of approaching thoughts and feelings.
I am currently accepting new patients for therapy and for ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
