Hello, my name is Nicole Spahl. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing relationship-based, trauma-informed psychotherapy for people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression symptoms related to childhood or adult relationships, as well as prenatal, postpartum, and parenting support for caregivers. The individuals I work with experience anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms, as well as relationship-based issues including prenatal, postpartum, and parenting concerns. I have a relationship-based, trauma-informed framework using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches to therapy.
